Even if the marriage was only for a Green Card or Citizenship, beware of the pit falls. If there is children involved, always keep the child's best interest at the center. I am going to tell you about a real story, that if you were considering one of these mail order brides, you may just change your mind. Or at least learn a few things. I am not a great writer. Many times the story will back track, to understand.

It is currently under appeal. Like the other blog this blog is about facts and truth. Now it will continue the story that also will include rights. Rights that each and ever American has, the right to freedom of speech. It is not always given, many times questionable judges who are not qualified in the Basic rights of American Citizens (constitution) rule unjustly, thus as your right, there is an appeal process. So many times Americans do not appeal for their constitutional rights.
Amendment ICongress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
On February 20th 2008 in Dupage County Illinois, either a judge will hear all the facts and make a honorable ruling, or this case will move up the chain of the appeal process to protect not just my rights, but many other U.S. Citizens.
In Part the court order states that I can not contact the biological father. This is up to Biological father to ask the court for no contact not the criminal. This is his child, Illegally taken out of Russia without his knowledge. The biological father Valdimir Frolov lives in Russia! Is not a U.S. Citizen nor is my wife.
Another Part of the Court order: I shall not contact or transmit documents to any Government agency or the press about this matter or transmit such documents via the Internet. Well that's way to late. The U.S. Government found the Biological father in Russia with the help of the Russian Government. The biological Father told both Governments that the child was taken out of Russia without his permission and any documents granting that permission was forged. The Biological father and I had very long conversations, (which will be told later) he does not hold any bad feeling toward I, He said he knows what kind of person we had in our life. He is shocked in disbelief of the Dupage Court. He asked "how much was the judge paid by my wife's lawyer?" The father is now taken action with my support.
The U.S. Consulate has forwarded this case with the history and original blog to the right authorities in the U.S. Government. The Russian Government is investigating the people involved with granting my wife a passport and related documents. There is more to come about the biological father and his search. From what I now know of my wife past, I am very lucky to be living.

I received many e mails while the last blog was up. This Blog has been proofed read to ensure it does not break the court order. Originally locations, and pictures were included. They have been removed so that the Google blog team will honor the First Amendment. Everything is public record excluding personal information. This is a legal fight for free speech, for victims, not just mine, but every American.
As noted in the other blog scammers use the American court system to their ability, they tie in with shady attorneys use false statements and hide behind laws that may protect their crimes.
I made the worst mistake one can make, I hired a someone as an attorney who may not be, to represent my rights, the fact is this person had no knowledge of the laws or even reviewed the case prior. Lesson learned.
By exposing this scam, I could be in trouble myself. My wish is with all the actions I took once you learn and understand your being scammed, that no charges by the Federal Government be issued. That is in part why I created this victims blog, in hope of anyone else being caught in these type of traps realize what they are. I have been told this may take up to a year before the Federal Government starts action to adjust the green card status. I did ask the authorities if she was to marry again what will happen, I was told, "even if she becomes married to a U.S. citizen, she is non waive able. The entry into the U.S. by bribe, or with forged documents, is Illegal. There is no extradition treaty with the U.S. and Russia but in cases like this, they are resolved cooperatively. It took courage I didn't know I had to not only report this, but to seek out the biological father, it took greater courage to talk with him. Every action that I take is for the welfair of that child, and children caught up being stolen away from their biological parent. nothing more, nothing less.

I met my wife from Ufa Russia, via the Internet at one of those chat sites for "romance" this one was called absolute agency. She typed decent English, and before you knew it we were chatting like we were friends for months, in just a few short days. After a few days of chat, she started to tell me how bad things in Ufa Russia, was for her and her young son (age 6). Day after day she would say how her ex husband is trying to kill her and their child, how scared she was for her life. On and on, this was the story line. She asked if I could get her and her son out of Russia, I told her that the only way I could is by marriage. she said it will not work the father of (the child) will not allow his travel outside the country. What I was told by her, this is Russian law, when there is a divorce and both parents have rights for visitation and other things. After several days, she told me in chat, that she can bribe the official at a place where official documents are transcribed into English and like a notary, officially signed. She said that the lady had a friend in the Russian passport office to allow her son to be placed in her passport, which will allow for travel for both outside the country. With out the biological fathers approval or knowledge of their travel. Well I sent here what she said was needed for the bribe and for U.S. Tourist Visa, $1500.00 for the bribe and $500.00 for the Tourist Visa. By using a Tourist visa, She said the back round check on her and the child would not be so detailed, and this way she can marry without going thru the normal fiancée requirements and reviews. I have learned this is illegal, using a Tourist visa to enter the United States solely for the purpose of marriage is wrong. Don't do it. This allows the scammer to get into the country, without the proper Fiancée format. Without that process, these types of scams developed. She also asked if I could get an invite letter from someone in a political party, like a senator. I did, I asked my local congress representative for an invite letter to a quilt-bible study seminar, one that never existed, so that she can show the U.S. consult during the interview process, thus making sure of approval for herself and the child's Tourist Visa.
The Nightmare Begins:
The Introduction:
A short time later in August 2002. She and the child arrived in Chicago. When I first met her, I didn't know what to think, except here they are safe, and away from danger. She stood 5'10 in her heels, I on a good day stood 5'3. She had and still has the shortest hair style; I almost took her for a member of the opposite sex. She had the softest voice one would ever hear, and later I learned her ability to bring tears to her eyes, just like turning on the water facet. Shortly upon their arrival I hired an immigration attorney, we applied for a marriage license. Within weeks I started to have a bad feeling about this, things she would say or do made me think; did I want to spend time with this person, until she gets here citizenship. Everything she said or did, she did for her own self, with little care for her child. Soon after she needed monies for her mom in Russia, She was not a simple person. If we went shopping and I bought the child something She would be upset she did not get something. She had a very expensive taste, like her makeup, it had to be very expensive. It turned out that I became some what of a house slave, doing all the cooking, cleaning. yet this lady would not contribute to the simple things, even taking care of her son. In our first year together, I realized the person She made herself out to be, she was far from it. I have never met a person whom only considered their self interest above all other matters. These scammers know how to use a person, time and time again, She would say "I love you" can I barrow some money to send to my mom, she needs help. When you’re with a person and they do love you, they are an equal in your relationship. they want to know about you, your family and be part of your life. She came across to all members of my family and friends as a demanding type person. Many would use that 5 letter B word to describe her. All would ask why I did this for her type, I could not give an answer except to say, at least the child will have a better life here then in Russia. When both came to America, each needed major dental work, enough to buy a new car. It was so hard to live with her, every time one would do something for the child, she required that you do something for her. No mater what one did in every day life, she was almost child like. It was very hard to live with someone that not only couldn't get out of bed until noon, even to see their child off to school. but also expected and demanded every ounce of attention directed to her. I did not want to marry this person, waited for a few months, hoping that things will change, during that time, I started to become close to the child, and here I am his care taker, his tutor, and in his eyes his father. I made a promise to make sure they were safe, and I kept it. Life with her was hard, everything was about her needs and monies to her mother. She did offer her type of romance, which was cold and direct. I guess that was a thank you for sending her mother monies. When you marry a foreign person, you have to commit yourself to the time and requirements to assist your spouse, from teaching English, driving, social events, and school. Within her first year here, I took her to classes for English as a second language, all requirements for her and the child's green card. Where ever and when ever she required travel or anything, it was done. After her English classes I paid for college classes. Even making sure she had an immigration attorney. One thing you learn about scammers, they do not want to be part of your extended family or friends, When she chatted to me via the Internet while she was in Russia, many times she would say how she hated Russian men and the Russian people, yet within the first year she was here in the U.S. she sought out Russian peoples. She did not want to make American friends unless she could benefit from them. What I know now is how much she wanted a divorce, I stopped giving her monies to send to her mother, once she received her green card, 2 days after getting it she left, our relationship was not one of fights or abuse, but about her goals, without her care for her son. Prior to her getting her Green card, she went to college at my expense, purchased her a car after months of teaching her to drive a "machine", take care of the child, and all her needs. She was hired at Ikea as a food server, within a few months she was able to transfer into the Kitchens Department. When she did leave after getting her green card, she took a new auto that was purchased, and other cash on hand. At first I was some what relieved, at last I need not be a slave to an
non-pleasable person, then I felt sorry and pity for her son, a child that I called a son, she left at a time when I was considering adopting him. There were rumors from people at Ikea of her personnel relationships with a department manager and another department manage, she did say within five years she would be Ikea's assistant store manager, by what ever she needs to do. Shortly after leaving part of me realized that I did for some strange reason love this woman, I knew I loved the child, so after a few weeks we got back, I later learned a family member told her I won the Illinois State lottery. When we got back together I did not trust her, I did know I felt better for the child, was now being looked after. I have felt sorry for this young child, his mother use’s him as a tool. cries to him for her needs, and would not blink an eye if she left an 8 year old alone for 10-12 hours daily. I committed myself to his well being, but also I began to have very very strong doubts about what really happen in Russia, between her ex husband. At times she would say things like, I lost my apartment to my ex husband, that was original owned by her parents. And then she would say you know I was arrested in Russia. There were just so many things that didn't add up. but one thing remained constant, the need for her mother to receive monies, not from her, but she asking to barrow it so she can send to her mother, no matter what requirements we had here, her mother needs where first, then her's, then regular household bills. The relationship I had with the child was a very good one. He is a child any step dad or father would be proud of. So many times if I took him some where like a movie or shopping, she would get upset it was not her, instead of being like a normal parent and be happy with the child having fun. it was a push pull way of life. she sought out and made several new Russian friends, mostly mail bride wives or ex wife’s, she also continued to work at Ikea. One of her friends is named Yelena, she at age 30 married an older man age 49, the day she received her citizenship she ran, months prior she bought a condo and finished her scam on a good guy. Another one of these so called friends is Ms. B. same thing. here as this woman would visit my home and talk about fishing for a new husband and the trips men paid for her to visit them. I knew it was a matter of time before my wife would do the same, her required time was getting near for her citizenship, yet I did not keep joint bank accounts or other required items so she may receive her citizenship. I wanted to wait, they have ten years under the green card for citizenship. One thing you learn about these scammers they love to use people, normal people who may have excellent integrity, to lie and be used by them. I fell for it with my wife, and Mrs.’s B guy also fell for it, but does not realize it. In time they will look at their self and ask was it worth it to lie. Ms. B. Like my wife I made the mistake of trusting her. During the last six months of my relationship with my wife, I was working 7 days a week, my job gave me the opportunity to make sure the child was taken care of daily, from seeing him off to school or during the summer checking in on him 3-4 times daily. I feel so hurt with how my wife has treated that child, an example, when he received his grades at the end of the school year, he made all A's with one A- no days missed, I was so proud of his accomplishments and told him so, his mother screamed at him for an A- and said it was not good enough. I felt so sick how she beats him down, he starves for her attention.I learned that Ikea was looking for additional companies to become service providers for the installation of kitchen cabinets, having great knowledge and experience in this field, a friend of mine and I decide to pursue this opportunity. We invested considerable time and resources for what would be later a line item review. part of Ikea's approval process. this was to be a multi million long term deal. On June 22 2007 I received a call from a friend of mine, I was outside at my home cleaning, my friends said "what is going on?" told her just working out side. She stated she just received a call from my wife and she said I was abusing her hitting her. I walked in to the house with phone in hand and asked my wife what is going on, I just received a call from my friend. she said " 5 years its time" I knew then this was about her citizenship requirement. within hours two of her friends from Ikea had her and the child's belongings out of the house. I was shocked! The child was upset, as I was. Just several days before June 22, I talked to my wife about adopting the child, how much he loved me and I loved him. She broke down and started to cry, said her ex husband was not an abuser or out to kill her or her son, she just need someone to get her out of Russia. Then I realized what I did, and felt what the biological father felt when his son was stolen out of the country and I felt his loss. I felt so guilty, because I knew he loved his son as much as I did now, and what took place. The past several months my wife would spend considerable time with Yelena, at her home, many nights she would have the child with her and return intoxicated. I have learned from Yelenas ex husband she drinks bottles of wine almost every night, and is not a good person to be around when she drinks, plus she has customers from her hair cutting business visit at anytime of day or night at the condo. What I learned from Yelena’s ex husband show’s the type of people these scammers are, here this woman bought a condo without her husbands knowledge, playing him and using him for monies. Within days of getting her citizenship she dumped him. This is the norm. From a Private Investigator hired by a friend of the family it seesm there is more then here then what was said to the courts about my wife's living arrangments. This I can not discuss fully. Maybe that’s how we were able to get into Ikea's door. For a time I couldn't understand why my wife asked me to tell the wife of one of the managers whom gives her money, I think she was hoping that it would cause trouble between them and may go into divorce. To me if an Idiot wants that and is stupid enough to do what their doing, it’s just a matter of time before their own stupidity catches up with them.
The Child:
What can I say, A great child, with a mother whom all he seeks is her attention. It was always tough knowing one day he will be gone. This marriage was for citizenship, even though I would have stayed in hell for this child's welfare. When my wife left, I asked her about visitation with the child, willing to pay for his college. She said no, not caring what the child thought or our bond, I as his father. I told her within the divorce I will seek visitation. She came back to the house a few times after moving trying to start a fight, I would not argue with her, that’s for the court. I do know when I called her a few days later to speak with the child, she said he does not want to talk to you. In the back round you could hear him say " I want to talk to dad" I heard what I thought was a slap and then the phone was hung up. I know how she treats him, hours and hours left alone. Now she moved into Yelenas condo, where you had two, what I consider drunks together. (This was July 07) Now there is a "change" to this.
Emergency Order Of Protection:
A few days after moving Mrs. Green went to the Dupage court house and received a temporary order of protection, claiming abuse. Prior to being served with this, after she received approval, she attempted to bait me into visiting her at her new location. I felt uncomfortable visiting her so I asked if we could meet half way, this was not acceptable to her. A few days later I was served with the E.O.P. which also included her work (Ikea XXXXXXXXXX). This now stopped any type of business with Ikea. Where I have been working on a major contract with others to become an Ikea service provider, for the kitchen installation. My Wife was well aware of this and Ikea's line item review to be held in a few weeks. she did call me once, she knew I was served with it, and said, This is what you get for reporting her to the I.N.S. (next entry I.N.S.) The Order of Protection request was filled with lies and no truths, I did not hire an attorney for the hearing that was help on August 22. I kept all my paper work, went line item of her statement, asked questions in regards to her testimony under oath, time and time again this lady lied, no respect for our court system. Her statement gives several alleged incidents of abuse. She stated that on the 22 of July the day she left, a big fight broke out about tickets to great America park, in which I wanted hers. and went on to say nasty things about that. When I was able to question her, the facts came out, there was no fight about this, the exact date of the Ikea event was 17 July, With documented proof, my wife met an Ikea worker at Great America, the child told me the night of the 17 he did not go on all the rides because his mother kept calling and going to this person who had his life partner with him. When this was asked of my wife she denied it, yet her phone records showed many calls that day to this person. This person I will not say his name he is gay, and I think he is also a victim but does not know this, he may have barrowed monies to her. I am upset that she would leave her preteen son with him, without a complete back round check. This person also refused the subpoena that a server was trying to serve to him. He threatens the server thus the server left. I have talked to him and I do know he does not have the whole truth about this matter, as I said to him this is about a child who was taken out of Russia illegally. My wife's statement also stated that the child won two tickets to great America, when in fact her ticket was purchased thru Ikea at a discount rate. I was allowed to ask many questions to my wife at the hearing, One was how much monies were sent to her Mother in Russia over the past 5 years, she said $1000. Well thank god for western union they keep great records. I do not want to say how much, I feel so ashamed. Okay back to the E.O.P. A girl named Kat came to my home a week prior to the hearing, she said my wife did not fully understand about The business chance with Ikea being stopped, that all she wanted was for me to not see the child and for her to stay in America, and she was only doing this to get her citizenship. I have learned now that by using the "abuse" factor these scammers can get out of lease's (such as the one we signed 4 weeks prior to July 22, extending by a year our home) also they will be able to get on a fast track to citizenship, not follow the required format the U.S. Government has in place. Plus many other factors for self gain by using the abuse clam. Note once being married to this lady was there any type of abuse, many times she would choke me, just out of the blue. The Emergency Order Of Protection was Denied and Vacated, she had an advocate present.
IMMIGRATION=IMMIGRATION CUSTOMS ENFORCEMENT
When one is caught up in these type of scams. You can be a silent victim or you can Speak out and hope that at least one person would be saved form these type of scams. Most important the children of these scams not be hurt and used. When I was told by my wife that the father was not an abusive person, she just wanted someone to get her out of Russia. I realized what the biological father must have been through, with the loss of his son. I reported the matter to the Immigration Hotline, they in turn gave me the local I.C.E. number, where I talked with the duty office. The duty officer asked for a statement including information I will not give out here. When my wife used the E.O.P. and then I knew for sure, she lied about what happen in Russia, because of her lies here about me. This drove me to find the biological father and report additional items to I.C.E. for the first time I have seen what others have seen about the person i married and her lies and a side of her that I did not know existed. I did a follow up with the duty officer at I.C.E. and told her I found where the biological father is and am in contact with his friend. I was told information was forwarded up to the State Department. I will be sending additional complete packets to other departments as listed on

After months of searching I have found where the biological father is Vladimir V. Frolov. He works at bash tel the Ufa phone company. I have been working to get his address from the Russian court records from my wife's divorce and loss of her apartment, this is not an easy process. Right after giving I.C.E. the Biological fathers information. My contact in Russia is now unavailable at the phone company. maybe by design or maybe by other reasons. I also will tell you what has taken place, and hope you may forgive me for things I have done, because of the lies of your ex wife and soon to be my ex wife, XXXXX. First I want to tell you son is okay for now, he is a great young man, any father would be proud to call him a son. Last year he made the highest grades in school and was to be on the honor roll this year. He has had no medical problems and is in good shape. He did have a lot of dental work done. I am sending this picture of him taken two months ago. He love's video games and reading, he is very intelligent and works hard for his good school grades. I have so much more to tell you of his life over the past five years, as I was his father here in America. I have tried to talk to your son about you, and all he remembers is what his mother says about you. I do not know how to say this any other way, I am so sorry for being part of my wife's lies and her plan to take him out of Russia, without your approval. I met her via an internet singles chat site, over a month she told me how you abused your son and her, how you tried to kill them, and cause so much damage to her and your son, and many other stories. I felt so bad for her and what she said her son and her self was going thru with your attacks and abuse. After a month of this she asked if I can help her get out of Russia for safety, I said I could try, and offered to marry her. She said that would be impossible that you will be required to authorize travel outside the country for XXXXX. A few days later she said to me that she can get papers and passport approval for travel for XXXXX by a bribe to officials. I sent her monies and other documents to help her get a visitors visa, she paid for the bribe and visa, and two weeks later she was here in America with your son. Over the past five years I wanted to adopt XXXXX, make sure he goes to college and has what he needs for life. Your ex wife would give a different story why I could not, first the papers will not be right, then all what she said was a lie. I can not begin to tell you how life is with her. This has been the worst nightmare of my life with her. I have never met anyone who cares only for herself and not their child or family, she has abused me, your son. She has no honesty. She has cheated and used many peoples for her self gain. There is so much here to say, but from what I know now of her, you have lived thru the same, and know what she is. I will say this, your son, the child I called a son, is in what I consider to be danger. She uses him as a tool, only for her gain, she would neglect him for long periods of the day, and place him around people who I would consider not child safe. I fell into her lies, up until recent events, I had to believe her story about you, but recently she did the same to me, she has lied to many people about her life here with me, and gets monies from other people who feel sorry for her. I know with what she has said and done to me, even her lies in court recently, all what she said about you were lies also. I just was used for her to get her and your son out of Russia and U.S. citizenship. This may not happen now. XXXXX is in the middle of this, she has no care for him or how he feels for people he loved or people who love him. I will be in a divorce soon, there is action being taken to correct this with the U.S. immigration authority. There is so much more to tell you about XXXXX (XXXXX) and recent events, this I can do via telephone with a translator. If you can call and give me a telephone number or have someone call me, I can call back at anytime. I will explain all and hope that I can get your support to be what is called a person of interest, so I may visit with XXXXX and make sure he is being taken care of. This may be for a short time. Depending on what you will want to do here, I will support you with any documents or statements you may need for any legal action you might take in Russia and here in the U.S. with Immigration department. I have been in contact with the one of the key personnel at Ikea about this matter, first I was asked to see what happens with the E.O.P. Then 3 weeks after the end of the E.O.P. I went to Ikea to do product research. It seems even with Ikea knowing the order is vacated their security wanted to harass me. Maybe my wife's personal web spans to the higher management. When I wrote you in August 2007, I did so openly, and directly. I did not understand all of the whys with Mrs. Green about her actions at that time. What I did know is her relationship with various managers and Ikea personal that may have been one of the factors in her attempt to halt the opportunity to become an Ikea Service Provider.The information given to you was sent confidential, which I seen was not treated as such. Thus, any meeting that may be with you or Larry Larkin, I will only show any document or report that you may require. I will not allow documents or reports copied or transferred to Mrs. Green at this time.I have talked with Larry Larkin a few times over the past weeks, I have asked and was assured that the opportunity to continue on with a line item review will continue, even thought there are some reservations, with potential bias from a few personal that may be involved in the decision making process. I have asked Mr. Larkin for dates available that I may visit the Bolingbrook location as to gather additional product information. This request was based on days or times Mrs. Green is not scheduled to be at work. Mr. Larkin did state, that you requested until things "cooled down" with Mrs. Green and I, there would be a meeting with the parties and yourself. Sir, the situation with Mrs. Green and I, depending on which court, may take years to resolve, from divorce proceedings, to Immigration Proceedings to possible Russian Government Extradition hearing. Mrs. Green recent court hearing in regards to her request for an Order of Protection was vacated, I represented myself, and one of Ikea employees was there. Mrs. Green has no respect for the American legal system, time and time again she perjured herself under oath, which will no doubt be against her in the future. Her claims are unwarranted, her ability to stage play a situation was what caused my involvement into marriage with her. For Mrs. Greens personal gain she has used several personal for financial gain at Ikea, continues to attempt to block progress with this potential business venture, now every time I may walk into Ikea for a meal, or product research, I am being harassed by Ikea security as what happen yesterday while doing product research. I in the past have shopped at Ikea often, every week I would stop in for breakfast or dinner, mostly without Mrs. Green present.I have refused to discuss this matter with Ikea personal who have asked "what is going on" I can only tell you at this point what Mrs. Green has done is all about a U.S. Citizenship. Her motives to continue to attempt blockage of potential business may be related to her personal involvement with Ikea personal. Hopefully you have learned to be careful, keep your paper work. do not do anything illegal, learn the laws before you act. Watch out for these scammers they may be right next door in their group, just waiting for you. Do not forget, you will be attacked. Just be honest, keep your paper work, these scammers work in groups, and use everyday normal people to their advantage. My heart goes out to guys like Bret, Yelenas ex husband. good guy shit treated and used by his mail bride. I did report Yelena to the I.R.S. running a business out of her home and to her employee, plus the village of xxxxxxxx. This woman like my wife didn't care who was around the child, ( Note my wife and the child lived with Yelane) with scammers its all about the money only, your money, their money is used for.....I will soon post a transcript of the Vacated order of protection hearing. I have interviewed 4 attorneys, with 4 more to go, this divorce is not as simple. I will be fighting for visitation with the child and his rights. given the fact that I have not seen him in over sixty days, I can only consider what he has been thru with the group of scammers pounding away at him everyday. I have reported this matter to the Russian authorities, the fact is they have a person who is taking money-bribes for passports and official documents being forged. Next time it could be a someone other then a mail bride.I will keep you updated on the biological father, a few people have said he might be part of this scam. I hope not.

Had a call today from one of the good guys at Ikea, Seems like the chance to do business with Ikea within the next year may be gone. I will continue on working with my customers who wants to purchase Ikea Kitchens. I will try to get a point of contact at Ikea, so that there will be no problems between my wife and her personnal associates and I and my customers. I hope that Ikea will delegate a contact person to work with for these customers and I.

Dear Larry, Mike and I both want to say thank you, we know you understand business. After a meeting yesterday between ourselves and the other members of our group to discuss what you said, we feel that there will not be a real opportunity to move forward with any potential business relationships with Ikea. If Ikea's management was truly non biased, then the opportunity should not be delayed, what the upper management now wants, one to two years, is a stall tactic without real merit. It is not in the best interest of our group to wait so long. My letter asked that we pull back until the Emergency Order of Protection was resolved, in which it has been. Now with XXXXX shifting to another location to possible continue her deliberate method of destroying any possible business relationship chances we may have had with Ikea. It is very clear that Ikea's top management at the XXXXXXXX location does not have the integrity you have within this matter. Larry I have no doubt you have shown complete integrity with in this matter. Not once did the Christoph care to review the documents of know what managers were involved with my wife. During the divorce, the names of the associate and manager she had personnel relationships with, will become public record, and be posted on the blogs. We wasted almost 3000 man hours on resources on this chance. Which really maybe did not exist beyond your level. Over 32 verified customers I sent to Ikea for cabinetry from May-June. This I will not continue to do. There will be no legal action taken against Ikea. 8 days after my wife left, she bought a new car, even though my funds helped pay for the 2004 car which just had maintance done and new tires(traded in), Well Guess What? Found out Friday 28 Sept, She crashed the new car, I been told she was, then was not hurt. I will get the police report to see if there was a D.U.I. I don't know all the details, once I have them I will post. Sept 28 I was asked what was our ages, She is now XXX and I am now 46.

This day was interesting, went out for a hamburger, and learned a lot. One member of my wife's group of scammers, live in boyfriend called me, guy is 55 and the woman is 36ish (Ms. B), the one who traveled around the country looking for Mr. $. This guy now is threatening with physical violence to me. I was nice to him, because, not only does he not know what’s going on, one does not see these scams until it’s too late. Jerry have strong faith, once your Ass-sets are gone, so will your person who "loves you more then anything in the world". Like you should do now, I should have checked more about my wife's ex husband. People do not trust 100%, talk with your family, people outside the box. Your thinking is clouded by these scammers, that’s their life, and they are great at it. They are Networked, once you understand their network and see the pattern in their group, it may be too late. I will make a police report on this call and threats, if that is public information I will post it.I can not give full names of these scammers until it is public record. For legal reasons. Also when you expose these scammers, understand you will be attacked, even by their victims, who don't consider their self a victim (yet).

Keep Faith Several things you should do and not do if you’re in one of these types of scams. First, Don't break any laws. Do use the buddy system if you are to meet directly with the other side. Don't have meetings with any associate of the other side unless you have someone with you. If Children are involved Be patient, have trust in the courts and in your faith. Found help to find the child's Biological Father, its a marriage service agency in Russia that does do back round checks for clients, my wife's russian divorce documents, is all that is required to find the biological father and any police record(s). These people seem to know what their doing and how to get a job done. We will soon communicate with the biological father directly.

I have talked with many people who has either e mailed me, or communicated online about this. I have learned that many of these scammers, females and males, use every means possible, every person possible that they can to use them. All emails and communications with other victims, tells of how used they were and others who were involved with them. In some case's they were deported, in others they remarried to people in other countries, and in some nothing happen. Many people lost life saving's. Here my story is a little different, I can only warn you, not to fall into what I did. If you can have their back round checked do it. Most important go legal, as the U.S. Consulate said to me, if I did not fall for this scam, and do what I did. my wife would never have been able to enter the U.S. So please, follow all the guidelines.
GeneralI have received many e mails asking why I do not allow comments. This blog is about real events. Any deragotory comments may be used in litigation. There is a fine line between the rights victim rights, freedom of speech. I have taken advice and now e mailing every congressional member about this type of scam. There should be a better law in place to protect the children and biological parent to avoid what happen here. I am following the advice of web sites that tell you what to do about immigration fraud. I am sending out packets of information on this case to the White House, Department of Homeland Security, State Department, and a few other agency's. I also will forward a copy to the Interior Minister at the Russian Embassy in Washington, and the U.S. Consulate's in Russia. At some point, one of these agency's will take a good look at what took place here, and hopefully this can be avoided in the future. For starters, I wanted to wish everyone a happy new year. Quite a few of you contacted me over the last couple of years facing your own challenges with immigration and marriage fraud. Others touched base to share your own horror stories.
While most of my initial e-mails were calls for help, now many ask, "What can we do to stop this?!" As promised, I'm in the process of pulling together a group of victims to fight for change.
I know a lot of you are busy and would rather put such horrific events behind you … but please keep this in mind:
New people continue to face these same challenges everyday because marriage-based immigration laws haven't changed.
Many U.S. citizens and green-card holders have no idea that they might be the conduit to a quick green card, that marriage fraud is rampant, and there's little they can do to protect themselves in these situations.
I know this is going to be an interesting year for the issue. We're already pulling together an interesting group of individuals from all backgrounds and professions to fight for change. Please help us become part of the solution!

Looking back at the past years with my wif, one item keeps coming back to me. When she came back when she left after getting her green card, 3 weeks later I had a sudden Illness. This is my own belief, I think I was given poison, at the time the illness lasted maybe 2-3 hours then overnight it was if nothing happen. The illness I experienced was somewhat like food poisoning, in addition to the sudden symptoms like total continous sweeting, dizziness, I also had symptoms as with food poisening. With her there, saying nothing or doing nothing. A no care approach. With various Russian medicines sent to her, by her mother, her own statments when she moved, made me consider that she caused what I went through. I have no proof of this possibility, other then a gut feeling, from words she said when she did her jump recently. I did not follow up with a doctor as it passed quickly, talking with one, I wish I would have went and had a blood sample done/check-up. Learn this, you are just a gateway to these people, a gateway that may talk one day!

There are things I would like to say that tells the tails of these scammers but I can't, I am in the middle of an divorce/annulment. In time when the "smoke" clears and record is public then there will be major add ons.
